iqSystem - VoIP communication platform
iqSystem communication platform is a comprehensive
solution enabling fast and cost effective implementation of IP telephony services
in operators networks and corporate clients. Modern architecture of the solutions allows
for using the already existing architecture in an effective way. It directly results
in a quick reimbursement of investments and the improvement of the competitiveness among
services suppliers and a quick reimbursement of investments for the corporate clients.
The core element of iqSystem solution is a teleinformatic
network. This network enables the communication among individual modules of a system and the realization
of services dedicated for the end users. The use of TCP/IP networks enables easy building
of emergency ways, doubling key elements of a system and the stable and reliable operation
of a whole communication platform.

iqManager
The module iqManager is a core element of a system
which by using J2EE, JBoss and data base systems realizes the functions of a management
and supervision over all the elements of iqSystem solution.
Open programming platform based on the client - server architecture enables fast
integration and continuous exchange of information with the peripheral applications
(servers). Due to this solution the designers of a system guarantee instant reaction
to the client needs and current implementation of new services along with new trends
appearing in the IP telephony.

iqMediaGateway
iqMediaGateway module is the most important
communication node of a teleinformatic bus in the iqSystem solution. The interior
connections among the system elements are realized by means of Ethernet or IP trunks.
Such solution guarantees that each system extension, apart from enlarging the number
of subscribers, allows for improving its flexibility and ensuring full redundancy,
improving its reliability.
Together with the growing needs of the users, the extension of the devices is made
by adding device and program modules. A separate iqMediaGateway module enables
the service of E1 tracts with DSS1 or SS7 signaling. To enlarge the capacity of a system
individual modules are clustered.

iqGateway
iqGateway module belongs to very effective solutions
dedicated for the IP telephony subscriber connection. The main task of a device is H.323,
SIP or MGCP signaling and iqSoftPhone operation, and directing voice packages to
iqMediaGateway through Ethernet tranks. Scalable and open configuration of the device
enables the implementation of the solution in the informatic networks of different sizes
and infrastructure and easy building of redundancy systems allowing for the use of network
resources more effectively.

iqVoiceMail
iqVoiceMail module is an automatic voice mail
enabling the maintenance of incoming calls. This module is flexible which allows
for the extension of its functionality. User-friendly GUI interface, based on WWW browsers,
enables easy and effective voice mail configuration and individual operation of mail boxes
by the user.
Functionality:
- recording and playing voice message,
- recording personal announcements,
- forwarding recorded messages while playing,
- announcing about new messages in a mailbox by calling back, e-mail and sms,
- access to voice mail by means of an individual PIN,
- independent change of an individual PIN code,
- voice mail management by means of a tone dial telephone (DTMF),
- voice mail management by means of a HTML,
- full information concerning the subscriber who leaves the message
(telephone number, time and date the message was recorded),
- recorded message archives,
- available language versions: Polish and English.
iqServices
iqServices module realizes the operation of connections
ordered for authorized users. Advanced configuration solutions enable flexible arrangement
of operated calls, allowing for the introduction of dynamic changes to realize a wide spectrum
of business models for the supplied services.
iqServices module has the option of pre-paid accounts, as well as post-paid accounts
operation. The account can be both a "scratch" card type or a telephone number
of the subscriber using the service. Limits and limitations can be assigned to individual
firm accounts.
Together with the platform, two types of applications are supplied:
- twostage - dial-up; authorization based on ANI, enabling both kinds of payment,
- pre-paid - user's authorization based on PIN (scratch cards).
Functionality:
- Client Application - responsible for creating, deleting, blocking, edition
and the management of client accounts and for assigning price lists to them.
- Price List Application (charge plans) - responsible for creating, deleting,
edition of charge plans. The system realizes the duration of call in seconds.
- Choice Information Management Application - enables prefixes edition and activation.
It allows to define direction number zones precisely, their hierarchy and availability.
- Statistics Application - generates the statistics of sessions, clients, summary
and errors. It can take into account such data as the date of call initiation, direction
number, disconnect cause, call duration.
- User Accounts Management Application - it enables the management of user's access
rights to individual accounts.
