So far the trials of IP telephony implementation in the years 2003 - 2004 have been realized by few operators. The year 2005 is much more effective in this respect and richer in practical experience, and the cable TV operators and the Internet suppliers by taking decision to implement the IP telephony enable their clients to have the access to fully convergent services. Still, the question remains unanswered: "In what way, time and means the aim can be realized - the implementation and sales of telephony service in the IP network?"

The Cyfrowe Systemy Telekomunikacyjne Sp. z o.o. company started its business activity in Tarnów in 1996 as the partner of Polish producers of telecommunication equipment. In April 2004, the department in Gdynia was set up. In 2005 Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 was implemented.
